Very fast response, returned call within 10 minutes and arrived to make repair on my built-in refrigerator 2 hours later. Replaced faulty switch which caused overheating (spoiling food) and cleaned/vacuumed all coils, etc. before resetting refrigerator. Cost was also very reasonable. Already recommended him to friends.

This was an emergency call over a weekend. My GE refrigerator stopped working. Joe came out and realized the motherboard was broken. Unfortunately, he had a GE universal motherboard with him, but not the one my refrigerator takes (as it is not a common part). I called All Brands Appliance to address an issue of a gas smell when the dryer was used. From my description of when and where the smell was coming from Joe said he knew what the problem was. He also told me not to use the dryer until he fixed it, which I appreciated that he was concerned for my safety. Joe arrived at the arranged appointment time. He was very friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the gas coils. He then went out back and ensured that the dryer vent was clear. The vent is not easy to access and he had to climb under the deck to do it, but didn’t complain at all. He had the job completed in 20 minutes, yet did a very thorough job. Gas smell is gone. Pricing was reasonable and he offered me a discount. Highly recommend!
